Order Processing

We carefully prepare and pack each order within 3 business days of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes, so please ensure all details are correct before checking out.

Orders are dispatched during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. We pause processing on public holidays, and resume the following business day.


Estimated Delivery Timeframes

We use Australia Post for our shipping, both domestic and international. The below times are calculated once the item has been dispatched. 

Australia

  • Express: 1–4 business days
  • Standard: 2–8 business days

International

  • Standard: 5 - 10+ business days

Delivery Notes

  • International orders may incur customs duties, VAT or import taxes.
  • Please check your country’s import fees prior to ordering.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for items still in transit.
  • Ensure your delivery address is accurate - we cannot change it once the order is placed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel requires re-delivery.
  • Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered delivered. Any follow-up queries should be directed to the carrier.
  • Returned-to-sender (RTS) parcels must arrive back to us before an investigation can be opened.
  • Clean Collar Co is not responsible for missing parcels marked as delivered. If you suspect missing delivery, please lodge a claim with the courier directly.

Import Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, VAT or local customs fees. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local regulations before placing an order. Clean Collar Co complies with all export requirements, but cannot be held liable for customs delays or fees.

Should a shipment be abandoned due to non-payment of customs fees or taxes, the customer forfeits their rights to the goods and any associated refund.


Holiday Notice

During peak seasons — especially Christmas — our team works as quickly as possible to process orders. Due to courier demand, dispatch times may extend slightly and delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
